I am a sports massage therapist working in Horsham, West Sussex. I offer a full personalised sports massage therapy service. This includes a free consultation at the first appointment with the aim of determining the best course of therapy for each individual.
Sports massage therapy is suitable for absolutely everyone, not just athletes.
Sports massage therapy can help with anything from tight muscles caused by exercise to backache caused by poor posture in the workplace.
Sports Massage Sessions may be booked between 9.30am and 2.00pm. Evening sessions are available between 7.00pm and 9.00pm Monday to Friday.
Day appointments are carried out at my home near Horsham and I travel to Clients' homes for evening appointments
