Trends Hair and Nailbar Salon offers a friendly and committed service for both men and women. The idea is you look and feel great after a visit! And being on New Street (just off Queen Street) there is FREE parking.
Owner Gill Burley's philosophy is a simple one. 'I spent years flitting from salon to salon, always looking for a consistent service. At Trends we really take care to make sure you leave the salon feeling fantastic - every time.. We don't just blow dry your hair, but also make sure we finish it how you would like. We can also give you a master class and teach you how you can finish your hair in the way you would like too!
We use fabulous hair products including Matrix hair care shampoo and conditioners and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair in tip top condition, without being greasy.

You can now also have false eyelashes expertly fitted - there are 3 options to choose from: Strip eyelashes, Flare Lashes (lasts 7-10 days, various lengths) and Individual Lashes (Lasts approx 2 weeks - available in various colours including glitter).
We take the same care in the nail salon - using OPI nail polishes (every girl's best friend) with quality top coating. And we use the latest gel fill technology for nail extensions.

Party up your nails (fingers and toes...) with some Trendy Nail Wraps - which come in a range of patterns and beautiful metallics to choose from.
All our hair and nail products are also available to purchase - and any colour OPI nail varnish can be bought from the salon, or ordered on your behalf.

Look after your hair whilst you straighten it with an adjustable heat setting. You no longer need to fry your hair to get the straight hair you desire. WE are very happy to answer any questions or demonstrate the products.
