The Park

About The Park:

A short walk from the Carfax, Horsham Park is appreciated by everyone from young families who throng to its extensive children’s play area,’boarders and BMX riders who have their own skate park, to those who play sport or just enjoy a spot of fresh air.

A popular site for picnics, the Park Podium and a range of events draw many here in the summer months.

For nature lovers Horsham Park is a haven of green space with a lake, trees, wildlife and colourful flowerbeds. Its gardens include: The Park House Garden, a tranquil landscaped sensory garden designed with the disabled and visually impaired in mind; and the Human Nature Garden,  which offers an attractive educational garden illustrating the link between plants and people in their everyday lives.

Activities available include: tennis courts, a "Trim Trail " round the perimeter (1.9km / 1.2miles), a bowls green, a skate park, a permanent table tennis table and a volleyball court.

A wide range of food and drink is available at The Kaya Café and within the Pavilions in the Park leisure centre.
