The benefits of martial arts for mind and body have been well documented for centuries. At White Crane Academy you can learn a wide range of new skills from the gentle, flowing art of the White Crane Tai Chi form to meditative, mindful QiGong practice and the dynamic White Crane Kung Fu style. Through regular practice under expert guidance you will improve your strength, balance, fitness and mobility. You will develop techniques to improve mindfulness helping you to relax, focus and be more of the 'you' that you want to be.
There is genuinely something for any age or ability in the White Crane system. Across the whole club our students make for a great mix of youth and experience and provide a friendly, welcoming environment for all.
The classes in Horsham are currently on a Tuesday evening, Tai Chi from 7pm to 8pm and Kung Fu from 8pm to 9.30pm. First lesson is free, lessons are drop in and the fee is £10 per hour. Discounts are available for those purchasing 5, 10 or 20 lessons.
