To help both you and our team, we highly recommend you place your orders through our website as this is the quickest and most efficient way of ordering from us; you’ll also be able to track the status of your order through MyAccount.
By doing this, our customer service team are then free to help those customers who are unable to access the internet or need additional help.
We’re currently experiencing higher-than-predicted order volumes, so it’s likely to take longer than usual for us to deliver your order. Please allow up to three weeks from placing your order before contacting us for an update on delivery.
