Welcome to our well established Yoga Beginners Course at our studio and online plus recordings.
It is designed to provide our new students with the fundamental foundations of yoga through the tools of breathwork (pranayama), postural flow of the Ashtanga vinyasa yoga and mind stilling meditations (dhyana).
Intimate group of 6 students at the studio and 6 online provides a perfect balance and individual approach.
4 theoretical and practical sessions on Saturdays from 12 to 1:30pm and 6 additional classes during the 6 weeks of the course.
