Energy release, cord cutting & Inner child workshop

During this workshop we will use meditation & visualisation to learn techniques to help us release other peoples energy that may have connected to us in some way and be draining us. We will learn protection and cord cutting techniques as well as a beautiful colour energy meditation for releasev of our own blocked energy and re energising our chakras and our body usung a chakra meditation. We will also do an inner child meditation were we reconnect with our own wnergy at a much younger age and recapture some of the things we may have lost over the years.
The cost of this workshop is £25 payable on booking. Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
