Opera Holloway are delighted to return to Shipley Arts Festival with Puccini’s La Boheme, a thrilling and passionate portrayal of a Parisian love story as depicted by one of Opera's true legends. Puccini’s moving score deals with the real life hardships of a group of impoverished artists. Conducted by Lewis Gaston and directed by Fiona Williams, we follow the unfolding love story of Mimi and Rudolfo from its joyous beginnings to the bitter end. The performance features returning artists Samuel Oram, Callie Gaston and Lorena Paz who have all received wonderful reviews performing with Opera Holloway in the past few years.
