This 1h30m class is a gently flowing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga session with breathing, meditation and relaxation practices.
We'll start with settling down in to a steady and easeful breathing practices. We'll learn together dynamic, full of awareness, strength and grace sequences of Sun Salutations. We'll then go through the foundation of all yoga postures - Standing sequences. Each time we'll explore different postures of the seated sequences of Ashtanga. Towards the end of the class Irina will lead you through the suitable inversions and calming and insightful relaxation based on chakra (energy centres) meditation.
This class is suitable for yoga beginners or Ashtanga vinyasa yoga beginners. If you practise other styles of yoga, welcome to explore the magics of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga dance. Its also a good 'come-back' to those of you who have not practised yoga for a while and would like to bring yoga back into your life.

In October - December we'll let this class also be a drop-in class for new to Iriness: pay £10 as you go for 7 classes. If you are our student - your membership passes or 10-classes passes are suitable for this class.
