In the town centre: Horsham Museum and Art Gallery occupies a medieval timber-framed building on the Causeway - one of the most picturesque streets in Sussex - with over twenty-six galleries of local history to explore. The Capitol on North Street is the town's home for theatre, comedy and pantomime, while Major Mindgames in the Swan Walk shopping centre challenges visitors to escape rooms against the clock.

Further afield: Horsham Football Club moved to its purpose-built Hop Oast stadium in 2019, and has gone from strength to strength since: a home FA Cup tie against League One Barnsley in 2023-24 drew a record crowd of 3,000, and the 2024-25 season ended with the Isthmian League title and promotion to the National League South - the first time in the club's 144-year history.

Leonardslee Sculpture Park at Lower Beeding sits within Leonardslee's woodland gardens and is one of the largest sculpture parks in Europe dedicated to a single artist, showcasing Anton Smit's Walk of Life. Amberley Museum, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, brings 36 acres of the South's industrial and rural heritage to life, while Wings Aviation Museum near Balcombe tells the story of the Second World War through thousands of personal accounts - and a real Douglas C-47 Skytrain that flew on D-Day and later appeared in Band of Brothers.
