This course is designed to help you find and maintain inner peace and balance through the practices of Pranayama (yoga breathwork) and Yogic Meditation.
You’ll explore the intricate connection of your breath, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn, understand and experience an empowering techniques of the higher limbs of yoga, developing your independent profound and healing self-practice.
5-classes, 5 Sundays from 6 to 7pm.
From January 17th to February 14th.
This course is for both complete beginners and those practising breathwork and meditation. Equally useful for practitioners, yoga teachers and yoga teacher trainees.
The practices are designed in a way of increased complexity, and every practitioner will be able to progress in his/her own pace.
