This 5-week 5-sessions course is part 3 of our Pranayama & Meditation series, which dives deeper into the higher limbs of Ashtanga yoga.
We’ll explore yogic concepts of Ashrama, Svadharma, Gunas, Mudras, Prana, Vayus, and Kumbhaka.
We’ll continue progressing with the techniques of part 1 & 2 of the course and we’ll learn new Pranayama such as Kumbhaka, Sitali, Sitkari, Simha mudra, Pratilom Ujjayi, Bhramari mudra and new Meditation methods, such as Krishna’s, Svadharma and Six-stage double up waves.
