Come and try your first yoga class completely free and then decide if it is for you. Our yoga classes are a combination of different yoga styles (Hatha, Vinyasa and yin).
The class will be one hour long. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks/strap if needed and a bottle of water.
The timetable is:
- Monday: 6pm
- Thursday: 6pm
- Friday: 6pm
- Sunday: 12pm
Classes run weather permitting. Cancel classes will be refunded or rescheduled.
If you are a group of friends, family or colleagues at work who would like to try one class completely free and the times above don't work well for you, please contact us and suggest a different day/time that might work for you better. We adapt to your own needs (Group size: Minimum 4 people, maximum 10 people).
