SOLD OUT Calm Before The Craziness of Christmas
Our Christmas workshop in 2018 was booked up way in advance, so we thought we'd plan our 2019 workshop way ahead of time.
The festive period is one of the busiest for everyone, so why not treat yourself to a few hours of 'me time' at the start of December. We invite you to join us on this workshop to relax, move, stretch, and reconnect with yourself. As always our Yoga offer focuses on overall wellness so there'll be a well-paced mix of movement and discussion.
We'll explore several different branches of Yoga including meditation and reflection, and there'll also be a series of gentle movements along with this to ensure that your body is as refreshed and recharged as your mind. We’ll also be exploring restorative Yoga, where the body lays still supported by bolsters, and as always we'll be concluding the day with a Yoga Nidra session.
