This weekly class of 1h30 is excellent for new to yoga, new to Ashtanga yoga and for our students, who practise less than twice a week. We always welcome those of you, who practised some time ago but fell out of practice.
We will help you create more stable, strong and mobile body structures as well as provide yoga tools for stilling the mind, improving your breathing pattern.
This class is led by our founder, Irina Pashkevich Bourdier, and introduces step-by-step Standing, Seated & Finishing sequences of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, accompanied by breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques.
