About AMS Gym:

AMS Gym is based just outside Horsham, and offers a wide range of classes for those looking to take themselves to the next level. Our fully equipped, bespoke gym offers a wide range of classes, from beginner to expert level Muay Thai training, Children's Classes (from age 6 and up), Boxing, Personal Training and regular fitness classes.

Since 2016 our mission has been to create a welcoming and motivating environment where everyone, from complete beginners to experienced fighters, can train, grow, and reach their full potential.

We aim to deliver elite-level coaching across not only Muay Thai, but Boxing and general fitness, led by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping every member succeed.

We offer pay per use and various membership schemes to suit your needs, some come join us and push yourself beyond what you thought was possible!
