At Assist First Aid Training, we believe first aid should be practical, memorable and confidence-building. Based near Horsham, we’ve been delivering accredited first aid and mental health training since 2013, helping a variety of schools, nurseries and workplaces meet their HSE and Ofsted requirements.
We specialise in the full range of First Aid at Work (FAW), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and Paediatric First Aid courses, along with a variety of bespoke options such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Seizure Awareness and Management, Defibrillator Training, and Refresher sessions. All our standard qualifications are valid for three years, and we also offer blended learning, combining online theory with practical, hands-on classroom training.
Our trainers are qualified, engaging and experienced in not only teaching but also delivering first aid, so you are learning from people who have real world experience of administering First Aid in an emergency. That's why every session is designed to ensure learners leave not just knowing what to do but feeling confident to act when it matters most.
We also deliver Mental Health in the Workplace courses to help teams recognise and respond appropriately to signs of stress, anxiety, and other common mental health issues.
