Blade and Bone Butchery was established in 2022 at Hilliers Garden Centre with a lot of knowledge behind it from all aspects of the meat industry.
We use local farms in Horsham and the surrounding areas, sourcing rare breed pork, beef and lamb. Eggs and honey are also sourced within a few miles of the shop. All our beef is dry aged in the shop along with some dry aged pork. Hand made sausages are another of our award winning products that we produce on a regular basis.
We are also keen hunters and cover a lot of land management so all our venison is also sourced by ourselves when seasons allow, so a plentiful supply of fallow, roe and muntjac are always on offer.
