Jenny is a highly qualified practitioner in both Western and Eastern Therapies. She has specialised in muskular skeletal issues as she worked as a Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher for many years until her discovery of Chinese Medicine. She now combines all her learning to bring a diverse range of skils to athletes, cancer patients, Covid sufferers and everything in between!

Her understanding of Sports Therapy is complimented by her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Indeed, having been trained in Chinese herbs, Tuina (Chinese Osteopathy) and Acupuncture, she has a unique perspective to bring to anyone with an injury or illness - even coughs, colds, headaches, digestion problems, menstrual issues etc can be successfully resolved.

As a herbalist Jenny has developed a range of external products such as her best selling Herbal Pain Gel which contains herbs to not only alleviate pain but heal muskular skeletal issues. She also makes personalised products such as skin creams for ezcema/psoriasis/itchy skin. These products are made to personal specifications.

She works from her secluded clinic in Horsham Monday to Saturday by appointment only.
