This course is designed to provide new students and returning practitioners with the foundations of yoga.
You’ll be introduced to the empowering tools of yoga, including yogic breathwork (pranayama), the postural flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and mind-stilling meditation techniques.
4 x 2h Saturday sessions 10:30am to 12:30pm: January 17th, 24th, 31st & February 7th.
