Welcome to our well established Yoga Beginners Course at our studio and online plus recordings for on-demand.
It is designed to provide our new students with the fundamental foundations of yoga through the tools of breathwork (pranayama), postural flow of the Ashtanga vinyasa yoga and mind stilling meditations (dhyana).
Intimate group of 6 students at the studio and 6 online provides a perfect balance and individual approach.
4 theoretical and practical sessions Wednesdays from 6h30 - approx 1h30 and 6 additional classes during the 6 weeks of the course.
