We're thrilled to be bringing back our indoor class programme from Monday, 17th May.
We have something for everyone including Body Blast, TRX, Dance Fusion, Body Combat, Interval Training, Legs, Bums & Tums, Kettlebells, Power Yoga, Body Pump, Body Balance and more.
Members can book 8 days in advance. Pay As You Go can book 4 days in advance.
Due to social distancing guidelines classes will be smaller in size.
If you book onto a class and then find you can’t attend please cancel your space to allow someone else to attend.
