About this event
There’s a big difference between exercising during and after pregnancy… and being coached to do it safely.
Every key movement in our Bumps & Babies classes is demonstrated, explained and coached by Nicky, ensuring every mum understands not just what she’s doing, but why she’s doing it.
Whether it’s a back squat, a hinge or simply learning how to brace correctly, technique matters. Pregnancy and postpartum bring huge changes to the body, and having experienced coaching means movements can be adapted, progressed or regressed to suit exactly where you are in your journey.
Our goal isn’t just to get you moving. It’s to help you rebuild strength, confidence and resilience with coaching you can trust.
Because every mum deserves more than a generic workout. She deserves expert guidance, individual support and the confidence to know she’s training the right way.
Every Tuesday & Thursday at 11:30am
