Cartooning and Book Illustration for Home Educated Young People

INTRODUCTION TO CARTOONING & BOOK ILLUSTRATION for Home Educated Young People in the Artzone at Horsham Museum & Art Gallery
Two day event - book one or both sessions

Session 1 - 31 January 14.00 - 15.00
Principles of figure drawing seen through the popular Star Wars and Frozen II characters. Introduction to Japanese Manga Art.

Session 2 - 7 February 14.00 - 15.00
Tony Ross and Sir Quentin Blake illustration techniques as seen in the world famous David Walliams and Roald Dahl books.

These popular sessions include all materials and are a great way for children and teens to share some laughs and learn new skills together in a friendly, relaxed environment.

What’s included:
• an hour of drawing instruction (per session) appropriate to each student's age
• high quality drawing materials
• an hour of fun & laughter
• your child will take away a series of drawings to keep and will receive constructive feedback to help them improve their work

Fee: £12.50 per session

No previous drawing experience necessary, all professional drawing materials included, booking essential, spaces limited.
