About this event
COS Musical Theatre: Come From Away
Come From Away is the heartwarming, true story of 7,000 airline passengers unexpectedly stranded in the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, following the events of 11 September 2001. As the world stood still, the people of Gander opened their homes, hearts and community to complete strangers, creating extraordinary friendships and unforgettable acts of kindness. Filled with soaring music, humour and humanity, this critically acclaimed, multi-award-winning musical celebrates resilience, compassion and the remarkable connections that can emerge in the most challenging circumstances.
Presented by the multi-award-winning COS Musical Theatre, whose acclaimed 2025 production was performed to enthusiastic audiences at Chequer Mead Theatre, East Grinstead, Come From Away is an uplifting and inspiring theatrical experience that has captivated audiences worldwide.
