About this event
Everyone is connected to those around them by invisible, energetic cords. These cords allow the flow of emotions, energy and information.
Healthy cords are based on nurturing, balanced connections based on love, support and positive communication and help you to feel connected to those around you.
Unhealthy cords can be draining and are formed through fear, control or unresolved trauma. These are the ones you need to release.
This course will teach you ways to cut cords to people and situations in your life that no longer serve you.
Holding onto that energy could be holding you back from better and more positive experiences.
Release past trauma, pain or toxic relationships to clear that energy so that you can move forward in your life.
We will work towards creating your own personal Healing ceremony that you can use and revisit in the future to clear those negative energies.
