On Thursday, the 1st of October, I’ll be hosting at the stunning Beauty Cocktail Spa with a handful of women who’ve decided to put themselves first.
The day begins with a slow welcoming start with delicious handmade pastries and a glass of Buck’s Fizz if desired.
We spend a short whilst dialing down our minds, some grounding, and making space in our calendars, purely for ourselves with a key goal and our “why”.
The morning is about feeling free to enjoy the stunning facilities, and the weather for outdoor relaxation looks to be perfect.
A two course delicious and nutritious organic lunch with refreshments throughout the day.
Included in the day is £50 towards a restorative treatment of your choice.
Additionally, we will spend some one-to-one time. Conversation and clarity about what you want to achieve.
