Headliner - Geoff Boyz
Scottish comedian and impressionist, GEOFF BOYZ "has established himself as one of the most versatile comedians on the London Circuit" ID MAGAZINE
In 1995 and 1997 Geoff hosted BEST OF SCOTTISH COMEDY at the Edinburgh Festival and in 1996 made his solo debut at the festival with a superb one-man show. He was a regular compere for The Best of the Fest at the 1997 Festival and the following year his show NOISE AND OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS had a successful run at The Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh.
Opening - Sean Meo
Sean Meo has been a stand-up comic since 1989. Prior to that, he had been a full time snooker player and was a quarter finalist in the English Amateur Championships of 1987. He has risen to the very top of the UK comedy scene and regularly headlines at The Comedy Store where he is a leading member of The Cutting Edge. Starting 1998 as Time Out Comic Of The Year, he appeared at the Kilkenny, Cork and Montreal Comedy Festivals and made his Edinburgh Festival debut in Catch 23. As well as acting in a movie “Comic Act” for the first time, he starred in four television commercials for the Vauxhall Vectra SRI.
Middle set - Aideen McQueen
Aideen McQueen is one of Ireland’s top female stand ups, having reached the final of the “funny Funny” comedy competition after just her third gig she started to gig all over Ireland in clubs such as the International and The Laughter Lounge.
She reached the semi finals of the national new act competition ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ held at the Edinburgh Festival in 2014.
Open Spot - Yazz Fetto
Yazz Fetto is a comedian, comedy writer and director. He has written comedy material for BBC Radio 4s ‘Dead Ringers’. He also has sitcoms in development for BBC Radio, BBC TV and Sky. He was a producer on the cult hit comedy horror film ‘Freak Out’ which was released on DVD in the UK and USA. He has directed many online videos as well as a pilot for Sky Digital.
Yazz has performed stand-up in clubs throughout the country including The Roundhouse, The Tabernacle, Courtyard Theatre, Leicester Square Theatre and Up The Creek, amongst many others. He is also one half of Christian comedy duo The Monks, who are also represented by Anita Elizabeth Holmes Artist Management.
