Welcome to the series of 5 classes of Gentle yoga. Its ideal if you are a yoga beginner or you have some injury or simply if you prefer a soft approach.
We'll learn the foundations of postural, breathing and relaxation practices of yoga, with the intention to bring more wellbeing, health, joy and peace into your life.
