This series will be dedicated to a gentle exploration of yogic movement and breath, helping you enter the world of yoga slowly and mindfully.
We design these classes for 60+, for those with injuries and preferring gentle slow movement.
Each class will be tailored and each of you approached individually. This is our motto - each of our students is a precious gem, we try to take care of mindfully and lovingly.
It will be a Monday class 5-6pm.
