Join medical herbalist Kate Scott for a deep dive into plants for stress, anxiety and sleep, including adaptogens—herbs that help the body adapt to physical and emotional stressors—and nervines, which offer support to the nervous system.

We will be making botanical remedies and a relaxing sleep balm to take home.

Please bring sensible shoes and a pen - everything else is provided!
