International & Local Live Cookery Theatre – Carfax – 10am to 3.30pm

The live cookery theatre will see a demonstration kitchen arriving in Horsham to take pride of place in the Carfax, opposite Panino Cafe in the Town Centre.

The high spec kitchen will be used on the big day by a fantastic lineup of 11 local chefs demonstrating delicious dishes with their favourite local produce and sharing some tips from their professional kitchens. From tasty main courses to quick and easy desserts, come along and be entertained and inspired with how to make the most of local produce.

The programme is professionally compered by foodie Hilary Knight, founder of Sussex Food and Drink Network. Hilary works with chefs and food and drink producers from across Sussex and will be engaging with the public and interacting with demonstrators on the day, teasing out their top tips.

Whilst visitors will witness cooking at its very best, there will certainly be opportunities for free tasters.
The morning events:
Wabi Horsham, Tristan Mason from Restaurant Tristan, Old Rudgwick Cider Society, DJ's Spot, Steven Edwards from Etch. events, Tom Hamlet from South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel

Here's the rundown of the afternoon demonstrators in the Live Cookery Theatre in the Horsham Carfax on Sat 3 September:
Zari Restaurant and Bar, Pitcairn & Sons, The Pig & Jacket, Cocoa Loco and Top Paddock Sheep Dairy

Not long to go now which is just as well as we're more than ready for the delicious food and drink at the festival!
