The Sumners Ponds Polar Express 2016 returns on Saturday 3rd, Sunday 4th, Saturday 10th, Sunday 11th, Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December 2016.

Set off on the tractor ride that is the Sumners Ponds Polar Express to Santa's Grotto.
You'll stop off to meet his elves in their workshop and make your own Christmas decoration.
Then it's on with the journey to meet Mrs Claus in her cottage while she shares tales of festive fun.
Finally Father Christmas will be waiting in his lakeside winter cabin to hear what you'd like most for Christmas. You may even get an early gift!
Each experience lasts approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Each child will make a Christmas decoration that they can keep, receive a chocolate from Mrs Claus and a small present from father Christmas.
Timeslots are available in 20 minute intervals from 12 midday until 7.00pm each day.
Call 01403 732539 to book tickets. The booking office is open 9am until 5pm seven days a week. Before booking please ensure that you have the correct date and time as it is not necessarily possible to transfer to a new date or time.
Children: £12.50 & Accompanying Adult: £3.00. Payment is required to complete a booking. Discounted food vouchers can be purchased when buying your tickets for an additional £5.00 per person.

While you are here the Café by the Lake will be serving delicious food from our á la carte Festive Menu - table booking is recommended, you can book by calling 01403 732734.
Alternatively our outdoor kitchen and bar will be providing food and drink on a takeaway basis - Your discounted food voucher can be used here. The food vouchers are for the takeaway Polar Express Menu only. If you prefer not to purchase a discounted food voucher you will be able to buy food on the day at the full price. There will be a large tipi for undercover seating.
Please note that food vouchers cannot be used for the Festive Menu in the Cafe by the Lake. If you would prefer a sit down meal in the Cafe by the Lake please book a table by calling 01403 732734 and do not purchase food vouchers when buying tickets.
There will also be a selection of market stalls to browse in the Lakeside Station while you wait and enjoy a ride on the ever popular Elf Train! Tickets for the Elf Train can be purchased on the day so make sure you bring some cash.
Please note that regrettably this event is not wheelchair accessible. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked timeslot and allow extra time if you are collecting tickets - if you're late we can't wait. There is no guarantee that we can get you on to a later timeslot if you miss your time.
