Feel tension melt away as Sarah Dover-McCarthy (Clinical Exercise Specialist) and Nalini Deane (Yoga and Womens Wellbeing Specialist) combine their skills to offer you a unique workshop to help release physical and mental stress, and ease into a soft calming space.
The three hours includes:
- Sarah will guide you through a series of muscle release techniques, mobility exercises and deep slow stretches to help ease physical tension in the body – guaranteed to leave you loosened up and smiling!
- Nalini will guide a gorgeously relaxing restorative yoga session where the support of bolsters, blankets and pillows will ease you into letting go a little deeper.
- Finishing with a long guided visualisation and relaxation session led by Nalini.
