This session combines the deeply relaxing practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra in the comfort of your own home. So grab some pillows, a quiet space and allow yourself some time for you.
In the first half of the session you are encouraged to relax fully and breathe into relaxed yoga postures while being supported passively by props. This allows the muscles to fully soften and relax, increasing flexibility without strain and supports the healing of physical and emotional stress-related issues.
The second half of the session is dedicated to the still practice of Yoga Nidra, a powerful relaxation dedicated to calming the nervous system and restoring the body and mind. These non-movement practices are excellent for anyone suffering with illness, pain, sleep issues, stress and anxiety, trauma, fibromyalgia, MS and busy minds.
