This event has already taken place!
A great family day out featuring all things agricultural. More than 50 farmers will be battling to do their best ploughing in all kinds of tractors from the most modern to vintage, alongside horsedrawn ploughs, steam ploughs and a WW1 caterpillar.
There's a threshing display, cattle and sheep shows, ferret racing, terrier racing, clay pigeon shoot, tug-o-war, bale hefting and a gun dog show. Plus Harris' Fun Fair, many side shows and trade stands, a domestic produce show, a raffle and lots of local produce catering stands and a licensed bar with local ales.
Entry is £6. Under 14s go free. Plenty of parking available. Dogs are welcome on leads. (This event will replace our annual open day this year.)
