This Yoga Beginners Course is mainly designed for Iriness students, who have completed the level 1 Yoga Beginners Course (20 hours) and have practised continuously for at least 2 months.
This course will take you deeper into the practice and theory of Ashtanga yoga. We will explore our connection with the mind, breath, bandhas, and bodies through the practice of the Primary and Finishing sequences.
We will also learn the basics of Ashtanga yoga philosophy along with new concentration and breathing techniques
