Yoga Beginners' Course April-May 2020

Do you feel that time came to live healthier, with more vibrancy and joy? Our Beginners Yoga Course will help you discover more balance, more happiness, more health and wellbeing.

We will introduce you to the fundamental foundations of yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga specifically. You’ll be guided through the empowering tools of yoga, such as breathing, postures, meditation, and relaxation.

You will also learn to practise yoga by yourself, taking ownership not only over your practice, but over your life and over your wellbeing.

TIMING OF THE COURSE
5 weeks - >20 hours of theory and practice:
- 3 x 2h Saturday sessions at 10am-12pm (April 18, 25, May 2) and
- 8 x 1h45 week day classes from April 20th to May 24th. Any class on our schedule can be attended. We hold classes 6 days a week.

STUDENTS
We welcome novices to yoga and those who are new to the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Max 10 students.

ABOUT ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a moving meditation method of Hatha yoga, which involves synchronising the mind and the breath with a progressive, dynamic series of postures. This powerful process produces intense internal heat, that detoxifies muscles and organs. The goal of the practice is to make every breath, every movement a conscious one and to establish a meditative flow, withdrawing our senses, calming the mind and moving with grace, strength and mindfulness.
