FUNDRAISER FOR SOUTHWATER DEFIB YOGA WORKSHOP @ Southwater Church Hall Friday 24th November 6pm for 6.30pm start - Yoga & goodie bag £20
Organised by Cocos Style Southwater
2 hour Yoga Workshop. Come and learn some basics of Hatha (physical) Yoga. Suitable for anyone in general good health, even complete beginners. Anna will work on a variety of poses, some breath work, ending with relaxation.
Please bring a blanket and a mat if you have one.
