At this 2h workshop on Sunday morning you'll learn simple but empowering tools of yogic breathwork, meditations and postures, which will help you regain your calmness and energy.

During these 2 hours on a Sunday morning on Zoom or in the private garden or at Iriness Yoga Horsham (depends what Government will allow) you will:
- Learn about the science behind yogic practices in tackling stress, anxiety, and depression.
- Experience yogic breathing techniques, stimulating different branches of your nervous system.
- Fundamental postural sequences of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
- Discover how synchronicity of your mind, breath and body movement will lead you to the deeper state of equilibrium.
- Relax into meditative yogic rest, letting go of what does not serve you any longer.

For absolutely everyone, who experiences the unrest, imbalance, stress, anxiety or depression and would like to learn how to face them and dissolve them by yourself in your own time.
