Horsham District Wellbeing is a friendly and impartial service which comes from your local authority and other partners. Our services are free and available to anyone over 18 working or living in the Horsham district.
We offer 1-2-1 support and courses around many areas of health including; stopping smoking, managing alcohol intake, weight management, getting active, healthy eating, NHS Health checks and Prediabetes.
We are based in Horsham town centre but work across the district.
