Halloween in Horsham

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and with the October half term running up to it, Horsham has plenty going on. There are trails, crafts and discos for the children, and parties, live music and fancy dress for the grown-ups.

For families:

Leonardslee Gardens – until Sunday 1 November, 9am to 4pm
Halloween at Leonardslee: The Potion Master's Quest, a trail through the gardens. They're also holding a Family Spooky Silent Disco on Thursday 29 October from 4:15pm.
Bax Castle – Monday 26 to Saturday 31 October, 12pm to 5pm
Pumpkin carving, sand art and Halloween crafts in the Haunted Pergola, plus a family Halloween Disco on Friday 30 October from 7pm.
Ceramic Shack – Monday 26 to Saturday 31 October
Paint your own spooky ceramic to take home.
Brick Bus – Thursday 29 to Saturday 31 October, in the Carfax
LEGO workshops building a light-up Jack-o'-lantern.
Friday Lates Halloween Special – Friday 30 October, 6pm to 8pm, Carfax Bandstand
Free music in the town centre: a Greatest Showman tribute followed by a spooky Halloween show.
The Holbrook Club – Friday 30 October, 5:30pm to 9pm
Halloween Disco. Wear your fancy dress and book early, as tickets sell fast.
Amberley Museum – Saturday 31 October, from 6pm
Ride the ghost train and explore the museum after dark.

For grown-ups:

WolfPack – Friday 30 October, from 6pm
Pumpkin carving with a glass of wine or beer, £10 per person.
Firebird Brewing Co – Saturday 31 October, 4pm to 10pm
Live music, street food and a costume competition at the brewery.
Leonardslee Gardens – Saturday 31 October, from 6:30pm
Halloween Adult Silent Disco with three live DJs.
Love you, Bye – Saturday 31 October, from 7pm
Love You Boo: spooky drinks, and costumes encouraged.
The Bedford – Saturday 31 October, from 8pm
The annual Dead Met Gala, with a DJ and a prize for the best dead fashion.
The Malt Shovel – Saturday 31 October, from 8:30pm
Rock and indie covers from Playback Club. Come in costume.
The Stout House – Saturday 31 October, from 9pm
DJ and karaoke Halloween special with Caroleanne. Free entry, and a prize for the best dressed.
