Friday Lates Return for Halloween and Christmas 2026 Specials

Horsham’s favourite evenings of live music and community spirit are set for a spectacular return to the heart of the town. Horsham District Council, in a joint venture with Food Rocks Markets, is thrilled to announce that Friday Lates will return to the Carfax Bandstand for two very special seasonal dates: a spine-tingling Halloween special on Friday, 30 October 2026, and the much-loved "Feliz Navidad" Christmas celebration on Friday, 18 December 2026.

Celebrating a Summer of Success

These upcoming specials follow an incredible 13-week summer season that firmly established Friday Lates as Horsham’s premier seasonal community initiative. From June through August, the Carfax Bandstand became a vibrant social hub every Friday night.

The 2026 summer series featured an eclectic array of high-interest performances, including the fan-favourite David Bowie tribute by the Thin White Duke Band, a high-energy Pride Night with Kylie on Show, and the infectious rhythms of our Cuban Salsa night with Son Guarachando. After concluding the regular season on 28 August with a powerful finale by The Dhol Collective, the overwhelming community response made it clear that the Friday Lates magic needed to return for these seasonal events.

A Spooktacular Night at the Bandstand

Get ready for a hauntingly good time on Friday, 30 October 2026, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Our Halloween Special at the Carfax Bandstand will feature "A Million Dreams to A Million Screams," an incredible tribute to The Greatest Showman. This performance will be followed by a spectacular, high-energy spooky production guaranteed to get everyone into the spirit of the season.

Residents and visitors are invited to dress up and enjoy the incredible atmosphere, complete with our signature mix of live music, a pop-up bar, and brilliant street food.

Feliz Navidad! A Festive Finale

The 2026 celebrations will conclude with our festive Christmas Special on Friday, 18 December. Running from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., we invite you to say "Feliz Navidad!" alongside the fabulous Beato Burrito, who will be performing a mix of Christmas classics and much more. This event promises a warm, festive community atmosphere at the Bandstand, providing the perfect opportunity to gather with friends and family for music, drinks, and delicious seasonal treats.
