Luxury home and body cosmetics brand Rituals is set to open its new store in Horsham’s Swan Walk shopping centre on Tuesday, 22 September, bringing a welcome boost to the local high street.

The opening follows a challenging summer for the shopping centre, which was forced to close on 13 July after a glass pane fell from the ceiling. After safety netting was installed, Swan Walk partially reopened on 1 September. Sixteen popular retailers including Crew, Fatface, Hobbs, and Pandora have already welcomed shoppers back.

The arrival of Rituals marks a positive step forward in the centre's phased recovery. Established 25 years ago in Amsterdam, the global wellness brand now operates over 1,170 shops worldwide. Guided by the philosophy of making people "feel good" rather than just selling beauty, the premium retailer is also a certified B Corp™ committed to environmental standards and social impact.

Swan Walk continues its recovery as local shoppers look forward to welcoming the new store later this month.
