Half Term Activities in Horsham

Keeping the kids busy over half term can be a challenge. Luckily, businesses in and around Horsham run holiday camps, workshops and family days out to keep them active, creative and entertained.

What's on this October half term (Monday 26 – Friday 30 October 2026):

Horsham Sports Club – Saturday 24 October, gates open 5pm
Start the holiday with the club's annual fundraising fireworks night, with fairground rides for the children.
Amberley Museum – Sunday 25 and Wednesday 28 – Friday 30 October
Free drop-in family fun from 11am to 2pm: the Trees for Trades trail and a Leaf Detectives workshop with leaf rubbing and zig-zag books. Plus a woodturning taster with the West Sussex Woodturners on Thursday 29 October, and Halloween pumpkin pinch pots at the Pottery.
Bluecoat Sports – Monday 26 – Friday 30 October (plus Junior Padel on Wednesday 21 October)
Sports camps and sessions for ages 3–15: squash, basketball, padel, pickleball, trampolining, Mini-Lympics athletics, arts & crafts, Jump 'N' Play soft play and family swimming.
VIM Camps – Monday 26 – Friday 30 October, at Castlewood
Outdoor play and team games, plus autumn scavenger hunts, pumpkin crafts, lantern making and spooky science.
The Outdoors Project – Monday 26 – Friday 30 October
A different outdoor adventure every day: How to Train Your Dragon, Wizards of the Wild, Bushcraft vs Minecraft, Nerfageddon and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Horsham Sports Services – Monday 26 – Friday 30 October, at The Bridge
A mix of sport, art and play for 5–12 year olds.
Brick Bus – Thursday 29 – Saturday 31 October, in the Carfax
Halloween LEGO® workshops: build a light-up Jack-o'-lantern or a Halloween model to take home.
