Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Foundations Course.
This course is designed to provide new students and returning practitioners with the foundations of yoga. You’ll be introduced to the empowering tools of yoga, including yogic breathwork (pranayama), the postural flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and mind-stilling meditation techniques.
Through regular practice, your body will become stronger and more flexible, your breath freer and more easeful, and your mind calmer and more balanced.
