This Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course is for new to yoga, new to Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, new to us, and yoga returners.
During 7 weeks of the course you’ll be introduced to the foundations of yoga: breathing, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga postural flow, meditation, and relaxation.
You will also learn to integrate these practices into your daily life, gaining more wellbeing, energy, and health as well as ability to practise independently.
Yogic practices will help you discover your self-healing faculty, bringing more balance, joy, and meaning in to your daily life.
