Whether you are a runner, a swimmer, a cyclist or a triathlon athlete, Ashtanga yoga is an excellent complimentary practice to improve mobility of your joints, stability of your connective tissue, flexibility of your muscles and your respiratory capacity.
All this will inevitably help you to perform better at your sports, to prevent injuries and to shorten recovery time.
The course is offered at the studio in the centre of Horsham, only 8 participants and online, only 6 participants.
