The Ashtanga Yoga Course is designed for new students and those returning to yoga, offering a strong foundation in the empowering tools of yoga.
These practices will help strengthen and soften the body, free and calm the breath, and bring clarity and balance to the mind.
20 Hours of Yoga Training Over 9 Weeks with a Senior Yoga Teacher
4 Saturday Sessions (2 hours each, 10:15am–12:15pm):
October 18th, 25th; November 1st, 8th.
These sessions combine theory and practice and form the foundation of the course.
6 Additional Classes (~2 hours each):
Choose any session from our regular schedule between October 19th and December 14th.
