New to yoga and unsure where to begin? This 2 hour workshop will introduce the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice - postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation.
By the end of the session our intention is that you will have an understanding of what yoga is and how it can be adapted to suit the needs of the individual. We will explore and explain our class styles, which we hope will give you the confidence to join our other classes.
